Brother of Flight Lieutenant John Francis Mulcahy (403946)

On 25 June 1943, Ventura AE186 took off detailed to carry out a low level cross country flight. Nothing was heard from the aircraft and it failed to return to base. The aircraft crashed at Sunnerside, near Falmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, and all the crew members were killed.
