Beaufort AW 366 was engaged on 11th May 1942, in a non-operational training day formation flight light torpedo attacks, when it collided with AW310. AW366 crashed into the Firth of Forth, Scotland. Two of the crew members of AW366 were killed and 2 were missing. The fate of the crew members of AW310 is unavailable.
