At 1022 hours on 3 July 1941 Blenheim V6452 took off from Horsham St Faith detailed to carry Operation Circus 30 and bomb a target at Hazebrouck, France. Nothing was heard from the aircraft after take-off and it failed to return to base. The aircraft was lost and all the crew members were killed.
