Aircraftman Class I Buhler, a Clerk Stores, was undergoing treatment at the Infectious Diseases Hospital, Subiaco, WA, for acute America Poliomyelitis.  He died of the illness at 1015 hours on the 29 July 1942, and was cremated at the Perth (Karrakatta) Crematorium.
